Life can be hard on your ring, so allow us to offer our reconditioning services.
Services Include:
- Buffing
- New Emblem/Emblem Repair
- Gold-Firing (Only applies to rings that have NOT been gold-fired before)
When checking out, please fill out the Reconditioning Form.

Please package your ring in an envelope, a small box, or wrapped tightly in bubble wrap and placed into a cardboard envelope. Please send us your Tracking Number to john@jemsbyjem.com (we are not liable for lost or missing merchandise shipped by the buyer).
As soon as we receive your ring, you will be notified by the email or phone number you listed in the Reconditioning Form upon Checkout as well as, an expected completion date of your reconditioning. Upon completion of your ring’s reconditioning, we will notify you when your ring has shipped.
